The Multi-Purposed Rolled Bottom
The rolled bottom is a standard feature on all Rectangular TFI containers at, no additional charge
The rolled bottom design serves multiple purposes:
- gives the wall a wider base for added strength & stability.
- acts as and interior gusset allowing easier dumping of materials out of the container.
- increase the life of the side post, by allowing air flow around the bottoms, eliminating the side post from rusting out on the bottom where it meets the top of the floor.
 Advantages of the rolled bottom
- save on maintenance cost by cutting down on costly repairs to rusty side post.
- keeps the side walls from bending in or out, allowing the door to stay aligned making for easier closing & latching of the door.
- leaves no sharp inside corners for material to become jammed, making dumping of material faster and less time consuming.
